Most importantly, the team consistently communicated and kept me informed of every activity, which is key, particularly for us overseas importers. I was eternally ecstatic when I finally saw the tractor that I had ordered because it met my expectations and standards of what I had seen on Howard and Sons website in both appearance and performance.
